Common Questions

Do I need to install anything?
No. EventHub is a hosted web application. Your team logs in from any browser. It also works as an installable PWA on phones and tablets.
What does "per user" mean?
A user is anyone on your organizing team who logs into the intranet — staff, volunteers with admin roles, board members. Public-facing features (TV widget, vendor portal, selfie wall) don't count as seats.
Can I upgrade mid-event?
Yes. Upgrade your plan or add seats at any time. Billing is prorated. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle.
Is my data secure?
All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS with Let's Encrypt certificates. Optional TOTP two-factor auth. Role-based access controls with 7 permission levels. Full audit trail on every action.
Can I use my own Stripe account?
On Pro and Enterprise, yes. Connect your own Stripe account for merch sales, ticketing, and EnergyBits subscriptions. Revenue goes directly to you.
What kind of events does this work for?
